This cushion features 3 plies of 2 inch airlay polyester that is stuffed into the cushion’s shell and finishes at 4.5 inches thick. This chaise cushion wont flatten like some big-chain cushions. This chaise cushion comes standard with cloth ties at the break and shoulder allowing it to securely fasten to your chaise lounge. I ordered two lounge chair cushions from you. The first came without a problem. The second one was a nightmare. The wrong cushion was delivered and it went downhill from there. Waited another few weeks and after many phone calls the correct one finally arrived. I had ordered 3 ties on this second one and it came with 2. After the hassle of actually receiving it, I thought better of complaining about one set of ties. We are enjoying the cushions and they clean up well. Our daughter was visiting with her 2 dogs and they soiled them. Everything washed off and they look like new:)

There was a huge mix up and the wrong size cushion was sent. After a few emails, numerous phone calls, and waiting an extra few weeks, the right size and color finally arrived. It was missing one tie I requested for the bottom of the cushion:( I am happy with the cushion but the drama that came along with it was not appreciated:(
