How long will it take to receive my cushions once my order is placed?
Because we are a seasonal business and make every cushion custom to order, it can take anywhere from five to six weeks to receive your cushions. During the fall and winter months, cushions are usually shipped within three weeks. In the spring and summer months, cushions can take up to five weeks to ship out. Some cushion styles could take longer. Orders that only contain one style of cushion generally ship faster than orders containing multiple styles of cushions. Clearance and Quick ship items will ship out within 3-5 days
What is the cost for shipping my cushions?
Up to $100.00 $10.00
$100.00-$500.00 7% of the total purchase
$500.00 and above 5% of the total purchase
Hawaii and Alaska will be required to pay any additional shipping charges.
How is my order being shipped?
We ship the majority of orders via federal express ground. We can only ship to street addresses, no PO Boxes.
I tried to place and order but I don’t think it went through. What should I do?
You should receive an email confirmation within minutes of placing your order (make sure to check your spam or junk folders). What if I do not receive an email confirmation of my order?

Why do I keep getting voicemail when I call?
Due to the high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, the phone lines may be tied up at times. Please leave us a message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Emails are likely to receive a quicker response than phone messages.

We went through a lot before we placed our order with you. Since our frames were still in excellent shape, we tried to find upholsterers that would make the cushions in our Tampa area for over a year. Some said that they could not get the Sunbrella fabric because of shipping backups. Some said that they were too busy and didn’t know if and when they could get to us. Some never returned the phone call. We weren’t calling just anybody. We were calling upholsterers that were recommended by the highest end outdoor furniture businesses in Tampa/Sarasota. We felt like we were taking a big chance ordering from an online company but your service and reliability turned out to be better than we expected.
