Our 3225 button tufted high-back cushion fits many of the old Homecrest and Tropitone strap dining sets along with many other outdoor dining chairs. It features our 3-ply air lay polyester fill and cloth ties at the break and shoulder. This cushion is fully reversible and can be ordered in any of our outdoor fabric options, including Sunbrella.

FAQs
Because we are a seasonal business and make every cushion custom to order, it can take anywhere from five to six weeks to receive your cushions. During the fall and winter months, cushions are usually shipped within three weeks. In the spring and summer months, cushions can take up to five weeks to ship out. Some cushion styles could take longer. Orders that only contain one style of cushion generally ship faster than orders containing multiple styles of cushions. Clearance and Quick ship items will ship out within 3-5 days.
Shipping Rates:
- Up to $100.00: $10.00
- $100.00-$500.00: 7% of the total purchase
- $500.00 and above: 5% of the total purchase
Hawaii and Alaska will be required to pay any additional shipping charges.
We ship the majority of orders via federal express ground. We can only ship to street addresses, no PO Boxes.

I am so happy with the cushions I recently purchased from Cushion Connection. I ordered one cushion to make sure I liked it and I received it within a short time of placing the order. I went ahead and placed a second order for my remaining 3 chairs and 2 ottomons. I received a call from them saying that they no longer had the fabric I had chosen and I would need to choose a different fabric. When I explained that I had ordered a “test” cushion and that this one would have to be replaced as well, the wonderful customer service person, Jen, told me that they would include the replacement cushion as well as the other items for the same price as what I had ordered (not including the replacement cushion). She also offered to let me upgrade the fabric at no additional charge. As it turned out, the upgraded fabrics have a 5 year warranty for fading which I hadn’t realized before. Since I live in California, Jen told me that the non upgraded fabric would need to be treated with kid gloves due to being outside year round in our hot dry climate. The upgraded fabric would last much better. In the end, I got cushions that would last longer in my climate and I was so impressed by the excellent customer service I received. I have since received all of my new cushions and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Cushion Connection and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
