Ordered on 5 July; billed me on 6 July; product finally arrived on 30 July. I looked everywhere for a Subrella pad that was 39″ x 19″ x 2-3″ thick and this was the closest I could find. Advertised at 39.5″ W x 18.5″ D x 2″ H. H = 2.5″ which is OK, but barely 39″ W and 18″ D. Excellent quality and looks great but disappointed that it’s a little small.

Cushion appears well made. Color matched the sample shown on their web site. Since cushions are hand made, it would be nice to be able to order custom size for the same price as the canned cushions.
