How long will it take to receive my cushions once my order is placed?

Because we are a seasonal business and make every cushion custom to order, it can take anywhere from five to six weeks to receive your cushions. During the fall and winter months, cushions are usually shipped within three weeks. In the spring and summer months, cushions can take up to five weeks to ship out. Some cushion styles could take longer.  Orders that only contain one style of cushion generally ship faster than orders containing multiple styles of cushions. Clearance and Quick ship items will ship out within 3-5 days

What is the cost for shipping my cushions?

Shipping Rates:

Up to $100.00 $10.00

$100.00-$500.00 7% of the total purchase

$500.00 and above 5% of the total purchase

Hawaii and Alaska will be required to pay any additional shipping charges.

How is my order being shipped?

We ship the majority of orders via federal express ground. We can only ship to street addresses, no PO Boxes.

I tried to place and order but I don’t think it went through. What should I do?

You should receive an email confirmation within minutes of placing your order (make sure to check your spam or junk folders). If you did not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have gone through. Why do I keep getting voicemail when I call?

Due to the high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, the phone lines may be tied up at times. Please leave us a message or email us at info@cushionconnection.com.  Emails are likely to receive a quicker response than phone messages.
