How do I measure my cushions or furniture?

Visit our How to Measure page for directions on measuring your patio furniture and cushions. If possible, it is better to measure your furniture rather than your cushions, as they tend to flatten out over time.

Do you make custom cushion sizes?

Unfortunately, we do not make cushions in custom sizes that are not already listed on our website. Having been in business for over 30 years, we have learned which cushions are most likely to fit the widest range of furniture sizes. We believe that within our selection, we have cushions that will fit the majority of furniture types and styles.

Do you have any cushions already made or in stock?

All of our cushions are custom made to order, and we do not have any that we stock or warehouse.

Can I send old cushions in to be re-covered?

We only make new cushions. We do not recover cushions. We do sell fabric by the yard if you would like to purchase that from us and use that to have someone else re-cover your cushions.

Are my cushions waterproof?

All of the cushions that we make are water-resistant, but not waterproof. While the fabrics on the cushions do let some water in, they are designed for outdoor use which means that our cushions dry out quickly. If your cushions get wet, turn them on their sides to make the water drain quicker through the seam. Do not put your cushions in the dryer.

What should I do to clean my cushions?

Are the buttons on your cushions covered in fabric?

Some of the cushions have fabric covered buttons, and some do not. For cushions that come standard with plastic buttons, fabric covered buttons may be an additional charge. Make sure to select the type of buttons that you want before adding the cushion to your shopping cart.


How long will it take to receive my cushions once my order is placed?

Because we are a seasonal business and make every cushion custom to order, it can take anywhere from one to four weeks to receive your cushions. During the fall and winter months, cushions are usually shipped within two weeks. In the spring and summer months, cushions can take up to four weeks to ship out. Orders that only contain one style of cushion generally ship faster than orders containing multiple styles of cushions.

What is the cost for shipping my cushions?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska have an additional cost for shipping.

How is my order being shipped?

We ship the majority of orders via Federal Express Ground. We can only ship to street addresses, no PO Boxes.

I tried to place and order but I don't think it went through. What should I do?

You should receive an email confirmation within minutes of placing your order (make sure to check your spam or junk folders). If you did not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have gone through. Please contact us via email at or call us at 1-844-504-2874  before placing another order.

What hours is a live person available for me to speak with?

Our customer service is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST.

My wife and I had bought a love seat from our outdoor furniture vendor who was going out of business. Unfortunately they had sold the cushions separately so we had to go hunting online for new ones. When we ordered them we were told it would take about three weeks, and indeed they showed up as expected. Our chair has a slightly curved back, but with these thick cushions I believe they will work fine. The cushions are nice and thick as advertised, and are comfortable too. The color pattern we ordered also met our expectations. We are looking forward to enjoying our new outdoor chair this summer! (Posted on 4/15/2018)

The stars reflect the cushions only. I had been looking for cushions to fit my chat set, and these fit almost perfectly. Mine had rounded seat backs, but you can't notice. The fabric is rich in color and the cushions are nice and firm.
Customer service....I ordered the matching ottoman....they thought they shipped it...but they didn't. They say they shipped it 2 weeks ago, but can't find a tracking number. It seems like a small company that doesn't have a clue what they are doing. Don't be in any rush if you order these. Hopefully I'll get my ottoman soon. (Posted on 7/12/2016)
