Shipping:
Shipping costs are included in the price of the cushion.
We will ship via UPS Ground and provide tracking numbers via email.
On larger orders we may ship via common carrier.
We can only ship to street addresses, no PO Boxes.
Shipping is 1 to 4 weeks. We can advise an estimated ship time when ordering.

Measuring:
Since all orders made to order is important that prior to ordering you measure your previous cushions or furniture to be sure that your cushions will fit properly. Measure the length, width and where the break is. You can call us toll free for assistance at 1-866-788-2443.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.

Warranty/Returns
Since all order are custom made all sales will be final. With the exception of a mistake on our part.
All cushions will be warranted for one year due to normal wear and tear.
Make sure that you understand the size of cushion and the fabric of the cushions you are ordering.
Returns will not be accepted due to not liking the color of the fabric. Since all fabric pictures are digital each monitor may change the true color of the fabric.
