How long does it take to receive my product?
We ship in approx 1-3 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with UPS tracking information.

How do I order?
Cushion Connection allows you to pick a style and have it made in any of our Outdoor Fabrics on the website.

• Step 1 - Go to Cushion section and pick the style that will fit your furniture
• Step 2-Go to Fabric Selection and choose the fabric you would like your cushions made in (Write down fabric numbers. Order swatches if in doubt).
• Step 3-Go back to the cushion style that you are purchasing and fill in the fabric selection in the drop down box. Fill in ALL options (qty, buttons, etc).

How do I measure?
Because all orders are made to order it is important to measure your previous cushion or furniture. Measure the length, width, and where the break is.

How are the cushions shipped?
Most cushions are shipped via UPS. We can only ship to street addresses, no PO Boxes. Larger orders may be shipped via common carrier. Shipping costs are included in all orders within the contiguous United States. No free shipping to AK or HI, although we are able to provide a quote for these customers.

What is your return policy?
Because all of our cushions are made to order, all sales are final (with the exception of a mistake on our part). Since all fabric pictures are digital, each monitor may change the true color of the fabric. We offer free swatches and recommend you order them before the order is placed in order to avoid a color being disliked (please see swatch request category).

How many swatches can I receive?
Because we do not charge for swatches, please try and limit your request to approx 5 swatches. If you are trying to match a color, let us know and we will help to match it accordingly.

What are your payment options?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.

Do the cushions come with a warranty?
Yes, all cushions will be warranted for one year due to normal wear and tear.

Will your umbrella poles fit into any size base?
Yes, our poles will fit into any size base.

Are your cushions waterproof, mildew resistant?
Yes, our cushions are mold and mildew resistant; however, they are not waterproof. We recommend bringing in any cushion before a rainstorm if possible. If the cushion is filled with water, lay it on its side and allow the water to drain from the seam. The cushions should dry within a day, even in a big rain. Which fabrics are for outdoor use?
All of our fabrics are suitable for outdoor use. Fabrics in the Sunbrella category come with an additional 5 year fade warranty!
